IRI Signs A Multi-Year Deal with Procter & Gamble

UK Partnership Includes Market Tracking, Customer Data and Insight Services

LONDON, UK - 3 June 2008 - Information Resources Inc (IRI), the leading global provider of consumer, shopper and market insights for the consumer packaged goods, retail, and healthcare industries, today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with Procter & Gamble to supply market tracking, customer specific data and insight services for the UK market. The deal, which makes IRI the sole supplier of these services, extends an existing contract that had been jointly shared with Nielsen.
IRI improves the understanding of markets and consumers for manufacturers through tools that help define consumer's drivers, preferences, loyalties, habits and concerns. Collectively, these are integral to helping manufacturers like Procter & Gamble to deliver unique and innovative products that satisfy their consumers.
