Client Services
The Client Service division ensures data delivered to our clients is accurate and up-to-date. Working in conjunction with Business Insight, you'll build databases to client requirements, ensure products are coded and placed correctly and support our Business Insight group in data delivery. Process improvement will be a component of most roles in Client Services.
Insight and Sales
The Insights group works closely with manufacturer and retailer clients to provide solutions to their sales and marketing issues. You'll be preparing client presentations, market and brand analyses and establishing and meeting their business requirements - all of which adds value to our clients.
Consulting
Our Consulting division focuses more on our clients' specialised, and often ad-hoc business requirements. Working closely with clients and their client service teams, you'll provide detailed analyses utilising complex statistical methods to solve more specialised issues including promotional effectiveness, new product launch and store compliance. You may also work on software and web-based solutions to provide information to clients in a more timely and cost effective manner.
Support functions
At the heart of any organisation are the functions that provide support to the rest of the business. These include Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Systems and Facilities Management. Working closely with the rest of the business, you'll provide support for all their activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
