Manager, Strategic Business Development Manager


Primary Objectives of the Position:

  • Lead the overall Development of a group of IRI’s Largest Clients including increasing ad hoc spend and new business acquisition.
  • Coordinate with Countries and BCI/Technology to create one strategy for Europe by Manufacturer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop Leading Manufacturers as assigned.
  • Account Planning and Execution that leads to double digit growth in ad hoc spend and significant new wins within countries.
  • Handle Renewals of Existing Clients.
  • Executive (C Level) selling leading to enhanced HQ relationships.
  • Work with Deal Desk and BCI/Technology Teams to coordinate individual account plans by manufacturer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 7 years of Senior Sales Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • World class Power Point skills.
  • Confident, articulate presentation skills.
  • Confidence and effectiveness interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of disciplines remotely to achieve results in a multi-organization environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
